Jill was simply wonderful to work with! Her attention to detail, and guidance are second to none. We were looking for a specific model home. The day one came on the market, she reached out to us, visited the property and submitted our offer! After our offer was accepted the next day, she arranged for the inspection and worked with the title company all while we were up north. We flew down 3 weeks later, settled on this property, and now have our old property listed with her! Jill is a true professional.

Jill was totally AMAZING. We started corresponding on a Monday and put a bid on our house on that Friday. Jill was always quick to respond to a text even if I said at your convenience. She did not just text we had multiple phone conversations as well. She guided us through the whole process and kept us updated with what was occurring. You can tell she is compassionate about her job.

She walked us through 100% of the necessary preparation and details involved with getting our condo ready to rent. When we had any questions she always contacted us as soon as possible. She explained all prep, maintenance, and financial details. She is always keeping us up to date on any issues our renters have. Jill represented us as buyers on our recently purchased condo. We took a long time to buy and she was very patient. Jill is a super hard worker, highly organized, and a great negotiator. She has fantastic communication skills and was always good about getting back to us super fast. You know she won’t let anything fall through the cracks, like the $2500 she saved us by spotting and following up on an association document change. I doubt any other realtor would have worked so tirelessly to save us money! She also spotted an overcharge on our closing documents made by our association and had that corrected prior to closing. On a side note, I’ve seen her property listings and she is a expert marketer, so I wouldn’t hesitate to have her as a listing agent. She really cares and it shows! Thanks Jill!

I bought a place in River Strand, the search, negotiations, and transaction all went smoothly and quickly. Jill pointed out that one aspect of the condo was not as exactly as advertised, and ended up negotiating a $1500 credit for me; thanks for that Jill! If you're going to buy or sell a place in River Strand or Heritage Harbor, I don't know why you would work with anybody else. From what I have seen, she knows the properties and values better than anybody in the business. Even after the sale she stayed in touch making sure everything went the way it was supposed to.
